All furniture is less than one year old. The lease needs to be a one year lease, a deposit of $4500 will be received upon acceptance of renter. If any furniture is damage, flooring, walls, the deposit will not be returned. If the house is taken care of you will have your deposit back! Renter is responsible for shoveling the upper deck when snows so it doesn't damage the building and front entrance. Owners will have an interview with applicants.
