Cottonmill Park is just a mile up the street with beautiful trails to walk and a frisbee golf course. Very respectful neighbors and quiet environment here. Sunset view court also has a playground for children of all ages to enjoy. The tenant pays for gas and electric through Northwestern and Dawson. Water and trash are included in the rent. No cats, dogs will be considered. A one-time pet security deposit will be required upon pet approval. NO SMOKING allowed in the property. 12-month lease upon signing.
