Come and see for yourself, based on credit and employment history as well as 100 percent background check approval. The lease agreement also includes the following policies and regulations: 1. Noise: Tenants must ensure that noise levels are kept to a reasonable level at all times. No loud music or parties are permitted after 10 pm, and any noise complaints received may result in a warning, fine, or eviction. 2. Pets: Only pets that have been approved by the landlord are allowed on the premises. All pets must be well-behaved, and tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the tenant. 3. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property, including the apartment and any common areas. Violation of this policy will result in a warning, fine, or eviction. 4. Alterations: Tenants are not permitted to make any alterations to the apartment or property without the landlord's written consent. This includes painting, installing fixtures, or making any structural changes. 5. Maintenance and repairs: Tenants are responsible for keeping their apartment clean and well-maintained. Any damage caused by the tenant or their guests will be the responsibility of the tenant to repair. Tenants must promptly report any maintenance issues to the landlord. 6. Insurance: The landlord's insurance policy does not cover the tenant's personal belongings. It is recommended that tenants obtain renters' insurance to protect their personal property in case of loss, theft, or damage. 7. Access: The landlord reserves the right to access the apartment for maintenance, repairs, or emergencies. The landlord will provide reasonable notice to the tenant before entering the apartment, except in cases of emergency. Tenants who violate any of the policies and regulations outlined in this lease agreement may be subject to fines, warnings, or eviction. It is the tenant's responsibility to read and understand all policies and regulations before signing the lease agreement.
