There is assigned parking directly in front of the residence. The apartment is completely move-in ready and capable of providing a comfortable and pleasant home away from home. This is a short term furnished rental that can be rented for a little as one week and as much as 6 months. You'd be responsible for preserving the current state of the furniture and amenities. There is a cleaning fee of $200 for your term, but all utilities (electric, internet, water, trash) are included in the rent. No smoking and generally no pets. Private parking spaces are available in this residence.
