Unit is NON-SMOKING! 3 of bedrooms have Queen beds, 4th bedroom set up as office. All basic utilities, trash, basic internet & cable included. One private carport space, plus on & off-street parking available. Pets accepted with references, petcheck, deposit $150 per pet plus $35 per month pet rent. Snow removal & lawn care included.
