It is being rented furnished, and has brand new furniture, appliances, granite countertops, luxury laminate floors, blackout shades in all bedrooms (motorized for high windows), a large front deck, and two lake facing balconies, one on the main floor and one off the master bedroom. This 3 bedroom 2 bath is currently set up with the Master bedroom upstairs which has a King size bed, luxury down duvet, and ample closet space. Experience gorgeous sunsets/sunrises from your bed and filtered mountain/lake views. The master adjoins via a jack and jill bathroom to a bonus room or additional bedroom. The 2nd upstairs bedroom is currently set up as a bonus room with a desk and a sitting area, and lots of open floor space for a workout space, etc. There is tons of storage space in this bedroom both in closet space and a loft.. There is a guest bedroom set up on the first floor with a queen bed and it's own bathroom and an equally large closet. The first floor has an open floor plan with TONS of natural light. Enter in the front door and see filtered mountain and lake views directly out to the balcony through floor to ceiling windows and two glass sliding doors. Every seat on the first floor is a great place to soak up the afternoon light and incredible sunsets. All windows facing west towards the lake have fully retractable blinds to enjoy unobstructed views, but also have blackout shades as well. The unit is one of the most private in Lake Village, tucked at the end of a dead end with little to no traffic. Flexible in the exact time of the lease but we prefer longer term (4+ mo). First months rent plus 1 month's rent as security deposit, plus $500 non-refundable deep clean fee if you have pets. 4-6 mo lease requires 3 months paid up front. Tenants are responsible for their own snow removal on the decks and steps up to the front door, but the HOA will plow the roads and is very diligent. Internet and HOA paid by owner. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
