The master bedroom can easily fit a king size bed and has an enormous walk-in closet. The home comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a built-in microwave, and a washer and dryer that is conveniently located on the second floor with the bedrooms. The screened-in porch is great for relaxing outside. Lots of storage is available in this townhome and the garage comes with shelving. Newer floors in the bedrooms and all windows have blinds. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Small dogs are welcome, breed restrictions may apply. One month's security deposit is required prior to move in. Application fee: $50 per person 18 and over. Lease term: 12 months. If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the one-month's security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier's check or money order within 48 hours.
