The location is close to all major shopping centers and facilities in Gainesville; such as Butler Plaza, Oaks Mall and UF all within your easy reach. I-75 nearby can take you everywhere out of Gainesville City. It boasts of a very nice floor plan: The kitchen, one spacious living room, one full bath and one laundry room are located on the 1st floor. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs. Both bedrooms are spacious and have nice view from windows; each features a spacious walk-in closet. There are hardwood flooring in bedrooms and staircases; vinyl flooring in living room and bathroom; and laminate flooring in the kitchen; thus NO carpet! Large paved parking space (2-4 cars) is in the front and fenced yard&screened porch are in the back. The property is partially furnished with some appliances and basic furniture. The washer and dryer are included as well. It is a pet friendly property and non-aggressive pets(maximum of 2) are welcome. There are some restrictions on pet size&breed. Please kindly note that $250 non-refundable pet fee and extra $25 monthly rent are required if you have pet(s). GRU utilities and cable/internet service are the responsibilities of the tenants. Lawn care is also taken care by the tenants. There is an application fee of $40 for each adult and the gross income should be at least 3x of the rent.
