This is a cute, older 2/1 Single-Wide Manufactured Home on Acreage in Rescue. This is a listing for a mobile home. It is about 700 square feet inside and has nice updated appointments, nice new appliances, and is frankly quite easy and pleasant to live in. If you're open to mobile home, and open to living in the country but being 4 minutes from Starbucks, then keep reading. There's a lot to recommend this place. If you live here you'll enjoy pleasant neighbors, beautiful views, turkey and deer strolling by day, and coyotes howling by night. Here are the basic facts: It has recently upgraded laminate wood flooring in the kitchen and hallways and new microwave, fridge/ freezer with icemaker, and gas oven and range. It also has a 2019 washer/dryer in-unit, a full bathroom, kitchen with a kitchen nook, and two separate bedrooms. The gas heater works great and it's cooled in the summer with a large swamp cooler that is, frankly, probably meant for a larger house, so it cools very well. About the property: Very private. 10 gorgeous acres with homes on the hilltop amidst oak trees, looking south over pasture and woodlands. Gated entrance to the property gives a lot of privacy. The family on the property is active outdoors with livestock and outdoor projects so you will probably see critters running around, wild and domestic. Here's what we're looking for: People who like being in the country, close to nature. That means enjoying long green grass, oak trees, squirrels, deer, turkeys, bugs, pollen, warm summers and cool winters. Coyotes howling at night, peace and quiet during the day. People who have drama-free lives and want a stable and safe place to call home. I live here (I'm the manager) with my family (with 2 elementary age kids and a dog, as well as another tenant) and I'm looking for people who will fit well with this setup without drama or lots of commotion. Tenant can increase internet speed at their desire for an additional amount per month (up to ~$30/mo for 25-5). Tenant responsible for basic upkeep and cleaning. Tenant needs to be able to prove 2.5X+ income to rent and will consider less than good credit.
