A relaxing space conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of Mantua, just few minutes from UPenn, Drexel, and other main attractions in Philly, our place is a perfect choice for a comfortable stay while exploring Philadelphia! Complete with basic essentials, private toilet and bath, shared washer/dryer, and a kitchenette. Guests will be provided a private unit with all basic essentials to have a relaxing stay. The room has a queen-sized bed, a television, a working space with desk and chair, as well as a private toilet and bath with bathroom essentials. The room also has a mini-kitchen/kitchenette equipped with mini-refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee machine, as well as dining wares so you can prepare your own meals. There's also a shared laundry area with washer and dryer so guests can do their laundry. 12-month lease. Furniture and utilities are all included. Pet fee is $40/month. Credit check is required. First month, last month rent, and a month deposit to move in.
