Private room in a 3 bed 1 bath college house available for rent. $700/month + 1/3 of utilities (~$50/m during the summer). Convenient on grid location, 1 mile to FLC campus, 1 mile to Main Ave/Downtown and Animas River Trail. Pets negotiable with Durango Property Management. Laundry in-house. Room will be unfurnished, living room furniture and some kitchen tools can be left for you. Available for move-in starting the weekend of September 23rd-24th. $200 sublease fee + your share of October rent (depending on your move-in date) due upon signing, October rent part is negotiable. Open to groups of 2 or 3 renters, all 3 current tenants are leaving by October 1st. Current lease runs until July 31st 2024, but subleasing and lease renewal are very easy. Stay for a few months or a few years depending on your needs.
