House is available for lease from September 16, 2023 through October 30, 2023. Minimum lease term is thirty (30) days. Rent will be $2,850 per 30 days of occupancy, payable in advance. Securiry deposit of $2,850 will be required on any lease. Owner pays all utilities. HOA allows two (2) cars parked inside the garage--visitor parking requires a guest pass and advance notification of the visit (make, model, and license plate) to the HOA. Any smoking must occur outside on the back patio. No pets.
