ALL INCLUSIVE FULLY FURNISHED WITH ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Our Townhouse is a truly unique experience and offers our guests a place to escape from the outside world. I can tell you that you are going to have a great time and some of the best sleep you've had in a long time (all the beds and bedding are brand new). Its clean, its modern, and extremely quiet. There are windows and natural light throughout the house; its very inviting and warm. You can head to the living room and watch tv, sit on the front porch and have some coffee, read or work by the vaulted two story bay windows, sit in the dining or bar area and have a great meal, and/or relax in the large half-covered outside patio. The property is newly remodeled and housed within the small town of Palm Valley, Texas; AKA: the Harlingen Country Club. The town is built around the golf course and has it own Police Department. Most of the residents in the are are retired (people are friendly and watch-out for one another). You can take an evening walk or bike ride (bikes and safety vests are provided). This property is approximately 1,985 sq. ft. of living area (all the bedrooms are upstairs), with elongated tile floors throughout the first floor, and soft carpet on the second and in the bedrooms. The house has lots of storage space and a dual AC thermostat (up & downstairs). The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The property is 30 minutes from every major city in the Rio Grande Valley, 15 to Mexico, and 45 miles to sunny South Padre Island. OTHER: Monthly rental price includes: keyless entry, monitored alarm, water, free lawn care, trash service, Wi-Fi, ALL utilities, a barbecue pit, miscellaneous cleaning supplies, a stacked washer and dryer in garage. The master bathroom also has a garden tub to take a bath or epson salt soak. There are plenty of near by restaurants, shopping, convenience stores: Cheddars, Bass ProShop, BQ, Hooters, Outlet Mall, Valero Gas, Dollar Stores. House is close to both major highways 83 or 35 (2 miles each route). NOTE: The entire townhouse can be rented by 3 working professionals; traveling nurses; SpaceEX; insurance occupants; etc. Unit is fully furnished and all expenses are paid. A formal lease will be signed with owner. Thank you so much for picking our house to call you home we have a few rules: please treat the house as if it were your own, no parties or large get togethers, no smoking or vaping, no pets, no unregistered guest are permitted to stay, no food or drinks upstairs, respect quiet times 10PM to 8AM, AC has 2 thermostats to adjust the temperature (please do not set the AC below 69 degrees), please keep the house as clean as possible, no illegal substances on the property, PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE AFTER 11PM (YOU WILL BE TICKETED BY THE POLICE) we are not responsible for the fine, park in the garage, and most importantly, by staying at our property we will NOT be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that happen on the property or premises.
