I can tell you that you are going to have a great time and some of the best sleep you've had in a long time (all the beds and bedding are brand new). Its clean, its modern, and extremely quiet. There are windows and natural light throughout the house; its very inviting and warm. You can head to the living room and watch tv, sit on the front porch and have some coffee, read or work by the vaulted two story bay windows, sit in the dining or bar area and have a great meal, and/or relax in the large half-covered outside patio. The property is newly remodeled and housed within the small town of Palm Valley, Texas; AKA: the Harlingen Country Club. The town is built around the golf course and has it own Police Department. Most of the residents in the are are retired (people are friendly and watch-out for one another). You can take an evening walk or bike ride (bikes and safety vests are provided). This property is approximately 1,985 sq. ft. of living area (all the bedrooms are upstairs), with elongated tile floors throughout the first floor, and soft carpet on the second and in the bedrooms. NOTE: The entire townhouse can be rented by 3 working professionals; traveling nurses; SpaceEX; insurance occupants; etc. Unit is fully furnished and all expenses are paid.
