The house seems like a regular house from the outside, but once you step inside you'll feel how unexpectedly beautiful and peaceful it is. It's an oasis! The rooms are good-sized, and the living/dining area is open plan, creating a spacious interior that makes you feel happy and full of possibilities. The backyard is large and private and has a covered patio, as well as a slab for whatever you want to use it for. There's a swing set on the patio (it's not shown in these photos), if the tenants have small children. If not, we'll remove it. If you're interested in gardening, you'll have a blank space to create anything you want, as the backyard is just waiting for someone's creativity to make it bloom. You can plant whatever you want, as long as it's not invasive (no blackberries!). The kitchen is large and modern and lovely, with a huge refrigerator and an invection cooktop on the stove, and plenty of storage. There's even room for a rolling island. The house itself is large and airy and has a laundry room with hookups for your own appliances. The driveway is shared with Unit B, which is a garage converted into an apartment. There is room for one car per unit, and parking available on the street. Each has its own private backyard. There is a vestibule that is shared by the two townhouses, but it's mostly for Unit B. Renters insurance required. No pets. Owner pays for water and garbage removal. Tenants pay for electricity and gas and any internet services.
