Quick Facts: - Military family-owned home: Pentagon (Single train straight to Pentagon, 8.3 miles to North Parking), Ft. This ideally situated single-family, end-unit townhome is nestled in a wooded area just minutes from Huntington Metro and Old Town Alexandria. The house is newly renovated since purchased in May 2020, including tile work, new fridge, wood flooring, vinyl replacement/carpet removal, new sinks, new toilets, new faucets, new HVAC system (compressor, evaporator, and thermostat), and a newly landscaped front, side, and backyards. Laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is accompanied by an extra fridge in the basement and nice storage space. Backyard is fully fenced-in with plenty of herbs, roses, and other plants to keep you company. Backyard door offers access to a large grass field, perfect for dogs or children. The large master bedroom features a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with standing shower and brand new toilet. The second bedroom features a double-door closet space with permanent light fixture and multiple windows for natural lighting. The third, smallest bedroom features a single-door closet space and is perfect for an office space or younger child's bedroom. Note: this is not a big enough room for an adults room. The finished basement features tile flooring, French door access to the fenced-in backyard, ceiling fan, and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower. The unfinished portion of the basement contains the laundry, an extra fridge, storage space, and a large set of wood cabinets with marble countertops - great for tools and other storage. Other storage space include a full attic with stairs from bedroom in the upstairs. This space is enormous and great for storing holiday decorations, etc. The house comes with a single reserved parking spot, but multiple unreserved spots are always available. Landlord will pay all HOA fees, and the tenant is allotted 5 bulk trash pickups each year (these can be reserved online or over the phone). Tenant(s) must show proof of renters insurance declaration showing coverage prior to assuming tenancy. List landlord as interested party, with $500,000 liability coverage.
