The unit has an energy efficient Mitsubishi Electric ductless heat pump with air conditioning for those hot summer days along with baseboard heat. The kitchen and hallway have laminate flooring, the bathroom has vinyl, and the living room and bedrooms have carpet. The bedrooms are good size with lots of closet space, bathroom has new shower, and washer/dryer hookup are located in a closet in the kitchen. We do ask no smoking or vaping in the unit, and no pets. Renting this unit for $1,200/month $100/month for water & sewer. $1,500 damage deposit required at move in. 6 month lease then month to month. Electricity, garbage, and lawn maintenance are your responsibility. There is a non-refundable screening fee of $48/adult done by ACRAnet Tenant Screening Services.
