Qualifications: Household income must meet 3x's rent in proven income. Must send three months of pay check stubs and copy of DL for each applicant. Credit score 600+. Must have rental history w/on-time payment history. Applications are online and will be sent to you upon request. Each adult applicant must submit a separate application and send in a copy of DL and paystubs too. Credit, Background, Rental History, & Income verifications are performed. App fee $30.00/each, Non-refundable.There will be a $250.00 non-refundable pet deposit.
