FURNISHED 2 bed, 1 bath townhome centrally-located and nestled in a quiet neighborhood 2 miles from Camp Lejeune's Main Gate, a short drive to beaches, and close to tons of amenities. This home is fully furnished making short-term month-to-month rentals desirable for traveling nurses, flight attendants, folks relocating to or away from the area, etc. While we love pets, we don't allow them here. This home offers granite countertops, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, TV's in every room with Firestick or Roku & YouTube TV, high speed internet, office space, private driveway, and more. Any utility charges over $250/month will be owed by Tenant. Starter set of paper and cleaning products included. Tenant is responsible for taking the trash/recycling to the curb weekly. Security deposit will be returned at end of lease barring no payment arrears and/or property damage. If move in is not on the first, we will prorate the monthly rate based on the move-in date.
