Pet Policy Apartments/Homes: Many of our rental units are pet friendly! As pet lovers, we understand the desire for residents to have their own pets. Simply stated, for the properties that allow pets, we have a few restrictions on the breeds of dogs that are allowed, and there is an additional security deposit and monthly rent required: There is a 50% increase in the security deposit, which must be paid before the pet moves in. There is a $25.00 per month fee per pet for the first two pets, and a $50.00 per month fee for a third.
