Entertaining 12 Room Private Golf and Lake view Resort Villa approximately 3500sf, sleeping up to 16 people (in 16 individual beds, no sharing beds needed!), All bedrooms can be set up with 1 King or 2 Twin Size Beds, All rooms have compact European Style designs with modern touches and all amenities you need. 7 Bedrooms and 8th optional bedroom in the living room where queen sofa bed can be made, 5 Bathrooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, 4 Kitchenette-Bars, Plasma TV with Cable TV in each room, 2 Balconies overlooking golf and lake, 2 Patios: one overlooks the golf and lake seating up to 12 people, another one with Hot Tub SPA and seating for up to 6 people. Our Golf Villa is highly upgraded and in the best location with walking distance to several restaurants, bar and shopping. Villa does not belong to a rental pool instead it is rented directly from us the owner/managers, and therefore you are getting the absolute lowest rate and upgraded interior from owners that care. There is a private Jacuzzi hot tub just for you on the back patio. There is also a heated community pool next door only about 100 yards away where you can enjoy lunch at the pool bar and at the lake & golf front resort restaurant. You can also walk to LA Fitness in McCormick Ranch in about 10 minutes and use the Health Club Facilities and pool for only $10 per day. There is also one of Arizona's best Health SPA at Gainey Village Health Club with a Jr Olympic size lap pool and top-rated gym. Next door there are two great lakefront restaurants such as Pinon Grill and Chart House. There also is world-class dining only one block away at Roka Akor (from the restaurant group Zuma in Miami, London, and Dubai) which you must try while in town. Additional persons must get a new quote & approval prior lease) - Any lease shorter than 6 months has to be pre-paid 100% upfront prior to moving in. Note for any lease options longer than 6 months: - There is no tax for leases 6 or more months (anything less is a 14% tax added) - To start the lease we need: First month, the Last 2 months of the lease, and a $5000 security/damage deposit. - Utilities & Maintenance fees are not included for 6+ month or longer leases (combined fees of $990 per month are added to cover part of expenses) * IMPORTANT NOTE as you can see on floorplan in the photo gallery: - Small pets are allowed towards a security deposit. - NO commercial signs or commercial vehicles, RVs, or Trailers - Not allowed in the community! - NO subleasing and NO Airbnb hosting/co-hosting/arbitrage/room-sharing allowed!
