All tenants are subject to a lease agreement. Tenant shall be responsible for once per week housekeeping for as many hours as necessary to return the Property to maid clean condition. Tenant shall also be responsible for a typical departure cleaning. All cleaning shall be performed by the Owner's housekeeper at a rate of $40.00/hour per person. Should the Property require any extraordinary cleaning, i.e. steam cleaning of the carpets or upholstery, this shall be done at the expense of the Tenant.
