And just across the street is a large park with open grass area, baseball diamonds, skate park, little off-road bike path, play-ground, and pickle-ball courts. There's plenty of other activities to do in the greater Logan area as well. Monthly rentals, sign on anywhere from 1-3 months with easy renewals for longer stays. No pets, no smoking. Cleaning fee of $100 for every month's stay. Treat the place well because you will be held liable for any damages.
