What is your annual salary? What is the co-signor's annual salary? 5. Do you have pets? Breed, age, and number of each species? 6. By what date would you like to move into this home? 7. For what term (6 months, 1 year, or multiple years) would you want the Lease to cover? 7. If you do not mind, please briefly tell me why you are moving. 8. Do you have pets? If so please describe, weight, age, type etc. Property is Tobacco Free residence. Tenant pays all utilities including cable and internet. Owner maintains yard and flower beds. Normally pets are not allowed but Landlord will consider a small house trained short hair dog or cat. Pet deposit of $1200.00 will be required and there is a monthly pet surplus charge of $75.00. Landlord will consider allowing the pet deposit to be paid over the first four months along with the monthly rent. Tenant will be responsible for all damages done by pets. Lease Term is one year minimum; however, landlord will lease for a longer term if desired. A longer term for a Tenant who intends to be in the area for more than a year, for example a student, can limit increases due to increases in property taxes and insurance and inflation.
