Upgraded blinds/drapes and south-facing slider/window for rear mountain views and winter Sun warmth (from living/dining area or private back yard). Newly epoxied single garage floor. HOA (water, sewer, trash, maintenance to common areas and building exterior, etc.) is paid by landlord. (Keep in mind that this is an HOA, so there specific rules which must be followed to maintain the quality of life within Cedar Edge.) Gas and electric (and WiFi) are to be paid by tenant.
