Located down the street from East Nashville Beerworks and a lovely little Coffee shop called Crema. 10 minutes to the stadium and 12 minutes to downtown. Now renting month to month! Spacious living room with high ceilings throughout. The deck offers a great place to hang out after cooking in the fully set up kitchen. Sleep peacefully in one of the two kings beds after a long night out and then walk up 2 blocks to our favorite local coffee shop! Each bedroom has own AC unit specifically set up so you can control your night time snooze! Owner pays for all utilities. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Downstairs tenants/owner has 2 friendly dogs. Owner lives in downstairs unit (no inside access between homes) and is available as needed. Now available for month to month renting.
