Our brand-new homes have a lot of great features including granite countertops, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, and stainless appliances. Our townhomes come with a brand-new washer and dryer as well. We have incredible mountain views, as well as a dedicated driveway and fenced in yard. All of our townhomes include an attached 1-car garage and are smart homes with keyless entry and security alarm monitoring. They include lawncare, trash service, and pest control. All townhomes are either 3 or 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Homes are fully electric and individually metered. Tenants are responsible for establishing utilities in their own name. Homes are individually metered and utilities will go into the tenant's name. Required utilities are Power, water, and trash. The homes are all electric. On top of rent, there is a monthly fee of $115 for the community bundle which is required. This includes your smart home system features, ADT security, Lawncare, and pest control service. You can have up to two pets and some breed restrictions do apply. Tenants are responsible for establishing and paying for utilities. The homes are individually metered.
