We have a spacious townhome to rent with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 1673 square feet. We are in a great location, quiet neighborhood, within 500 feet to a neighborhood Walmart, and overlooking a walking trail. We are also within 5 minutes of two nice parks - Noble Woods and Orchard Park. Very convenient location off of Cornelius Pass for easy access to Nike and Intel campuses. Our home is very well maintained and clean, recently built in 2016. Each bedroom has a closet for storage, and the second floor has another closet for storage. In the garage there are also two storage nooks. The first floor has a bedroom with private full bathroom. The second floor has a living room, beautiful kitchen with large countertop space for cooking, dining room, and half bathroom. The third floor has two full bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and another bathroom in the hallway. There is also a nook area which is a great space for an office/study. Our home also has central AC/heat, gas stove, and a large balcony. We also have the end unit which allows a lot of extra light, and a larger driveway than other surrounding townhomes. We will pay for trash, water, and sewer. Our new tenant will pay for electricity, gas, cable/internet, etc. We would like no smoking inside of the house. Pets are negotiable depending on the type, prefer no dogs or cats. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, on-street, and overflow parking at the neighborhood Walmart for guests. Rental terms are for 1 year with option to renew. Application fee is 40$ for background/credit check. Our HOA takes care of all external home maintenance. We also require renters insurance.
