We (current tenants) are looking to reassign (preferably) or sublet this lease starting in FEBRUARY 2024. Start date is flexible, but no earlier than February 1st. You will get the entire unit, which will be unfurnished. Two bedroom, one bathroom townhouse. Located less than a two minute walk away from a CATA bus stop, and within walking distance of Giant and Weis grocery stores. 5-7 minute drive from campus. Quiet neighborhood. Features: The kitchen has an electric glass-top oven, dishwasher, fridge, fume hood, and two-basin sink with a garbage disposal. There are a washer and dryer in a closet in the master bedroom. Most of the unit is carpeted except for the kitchen, entryway, and bathroom. There is an unfinished attic with a pull-down ladder, and a giant fan that is great for venting cooking smells or bringing in fresh air. No AC, although you could install window units. Heating is electric. The unit has some backyard space with a concrete patio and a small shed. There is a large screen door in the back that lets in a lot of sun. There is one reserved parking space for the unit, and extra parking in the lot for a second car or guests. Utilities: Tenant pays for water/sewer, electricity, internet, and cable.
