Nice home in a very nice neighborhood. We are looking for tenants who care for this house to call it home. Please text us with your introduction to schedule a showing. Due to large volume of inquiries, we can't pick up all phone calls. We will respond faster to your texts. And please do not request for showing without answering the following questions: 1. Tell us about yourself and who will be renting with you 2. Who in the household is employed? What do they currently work as? 3. How much is the household monthly income? 4. Do you have any evictions or felonies in the last 5 years? Our requirements: 1. No eviction record, even if your case is dismissed. (MOST IMPORTANT). 2. Ability to pay rents on time using online payments or bank deposits. 3. Employed and making at least two times the rent a month. 4. Has a cell phone to be contactable. 5. Polite, respectful and responsible. We don't want to deal with rude and disrespectful manners. First probational lease is 6 months only and will be renewed for 12 months with the same terms and conditions past the probation period. Additional security deposit is required for those with credit score less than 600. For pet policy, we can accept pets with an admission fee of $200/pet and $50/month.
