The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. all kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, baking needs, plates and glasses. Seating for four provided at the dining room table. A full-size washer and dryer in a spacious laundry room is included. The living room has comfortable seating and a television. The back patio features a charcoal grill, along with seating. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bath. This beach getaway is just minutes from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall, golf courses, miniature golf, great shopping, fabulous restaurants, unique shows, the Myrtle Beach International Airport, State Parks, and miles and miles of beautiful beaches. The beach, miniature golf, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance! For your convenience, this home includes internet, a washer and dryer, and parking for two cars directly in front of the town home entrance. Other things to Note: Smoking is not permitted in the property. Pet friendly for one dog under 30lbs with a non-refundable pet fee of $200.00. We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
