Last month's rent due at signing (Total payment at signing Lease is: (first month rent + last month rent + $2000 = $5176). 45 days advance notice to terminate Lease. Lease is 12 month and automatically renew at end of Lease unless a written termination notice was given to/by either parties (Landlord or/and tenant).
