SHORT TERM WEEKLY VACATION RENTAL - Enjoy beautiful water views and water access to West Cove from this light-filled condo with three levels of furnished living space. Less than 100 yards from a designated area to launch your boat, you can stow your kayaks, canoe, or paddle board under the deck (or rent watercraft at South Cove). The main level features a living room with views of the water and a large screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and dining space. There is a bedroom with twin beds and a three quarter bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Sliding doors from the dining and living room allow access to the deck overlooking the water, with Weber grill. Upstairs you will find a cozy loft sitting area and master bedroom suite with queen bed and a full bathroom (with Jacuzzi tub and shower). The lower level offering a pretty view of the water through two sets of sliding doors, has a queen bed, and a sitting area with pullout sofa, TV, and three quarter bathroom. Also on the lower level is a laundry room where you will find beach chairs and umbrellas. Rate: $1,900 per week + 8.5% NH R&M tax and 3% booking fee $150 Cleaning fee and $100 linen fee.
