Gas heat- Brand new furnace, stainless steel appliances, nice backyard, new Kitchen floor and paint in all the rooms. Quiet block over near fairgrounds. Tenant responsible for utilities, this is an entire house. Not section 8 approved but I'm not opposed to vouchers. Washer and dryer are in the basement. 1 month security deposit and 1st and last month rent. Last month deposit could be spread out over a few months if needed but priority will be given to tenants that have all their money together and ready to go! Additional security deposit and slight rent increase may be required for dogs. Determined on each case basis depending on details. Tenant pays all utilities
