The house comes fully furnished. The home can sleep 10 people in queen/full beds. The main floor is open concept with a modern kitchen, living room and half bathroom. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms with full and queen sized beds, a beautiful full bathroom and a separate laundry area. Unit 39 has the entire top floor with three queen beds, plus a half bathroom. There is a shared front porch overlooking the strip with beach views and off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Free street parking is directly in front of the house on Ocean Blvd on a first come first serve basis. Owner/Landlord pays for utilities, heat, hot water, electric, internet, and trash removal. Tenant responsible for snow removal. No smoking allowed inside the property or on the front porch. Sorry, no pets.
