The main floor is open concept with living room, stylish, stocked kitchen, and well-sized dining area. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a large full bathroom with washer & dryer. There is a shared front porch overlooking the strip with beach views and off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Free street parking is directly in front of the house on Ocean Blvd on a first come first serve basis. Owner/Landlord pays for utilities, heat, hot water, electric, internet, and trash removal. Tenant responsible for snow removal. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the property or on the front porch.
