This end unit offers 1.5 baths with washer and dryer, The kitchen has all the appliances you need as well as dishes, pots and pans, glassware and silverware. The grill is on the deck. There are two bedrooms upstairs--one has a queen size bed and the other has two doubles and one single. Linen and towels are provided. Tenant must have good credit, no pets (pets are not allow by the Association's Rules & Regs). This is a winter rental ending on May 1. Rent is $1350/month plus gas heat and electric and cable. This is a non smoking townhouse. Pets are NOT allowed. Tenant is responsible for heat (gas) and electricity. There are two parking spots. Tenant must follow the snow removal procedure. Guest parking allowed. Guest must display a parking pass. No subletting.
