This is the large main unit with 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and office on the main floor with a fully fenced yard off the back deck. There is also the kitchen(brand new appliances), fireplace with brand new gas insert, and large sunny deck off the living room. On the first level there is a large bedroom/rec room with full bath, 2 car garage, and laundry room. The unit has new paint, bathrooms, toilets, flooring, kitchen, etc. The large 2 car garage has plenty of storage space as well. For this rate, it will include a spot for 1 car in the garage and additional storage. There is a very conscientious renter in the upstairs unit, and she will have the other spot in the garage. The monthly rate includes all utilities (based off a 12 month average use), snow removal for the driveway, and 3 IVGID cards. We will accept a pet or 2 with owner approval. This is for a 6 month lease with a possible extension. The unit is fully furnished. No smoking allowed on premises. Owner pays for all utilities (not internet), and snow removal for the driveway. These are calculated based on a 12 month average. If you use more, it will be charged back to you. This is a 6 month minimum lease with a possible extension. Unit is fully furnished.
