Serene Zen Twin Retreat is a newly remodeled, FULLY FURNISHED month to month rental that offers modern yet comfortable decor and furnishing with AMAZING amenities for our guests! It has a fully equipped kitchen, ample backyard space, professionally decorated and outfitted with very thoughtful touches, comfy beds, and plush linens! This home is located to so many close by amenities: 3 min to closest H-E-B (grocery store) 3 min to MoPac Expressway (Loop 1) to the west and 8 min to I-35 to the East 5 min to The Domain (Whole Foods, Nordstrom, Museum of Ice Cream etc) 5 min to St. David's North Austin Medical Center 7 - 10 min to Apple Campus, Samsung, IBM and DELL 10 min to Q2 Stadium Home of the Austin FC MLS Soccer Team 15-20 min to Zilker Park/Barton Springs (Austin City Limits Music Festival) 25 min to Austin Bergstrom Airport and Tesla 36 min to Samsung Taylor, TX Minimum stay: 30 days 2 bed/2bath - Max 4 guest including children HI-speed Fiber internet and dedicated workspace Secure garage parking, fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer & dryer This is a twin home (duplex) with one shared wall. The shared wall is away from the bedrooms. Guests have full access to their own private unit, a private fenced backyard along with their own secure garage spot for one vehicle. No spaces are shared except for the driveway. One unit gets the left side of the driveway while the other unit gets the right side. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. Minimum lease of 1 month required All utilities included (water, electricity, sewer, internet, pest and landscaping) with a generous utility cap in place. Pets allowed: Dogs only, additional pet fee Maximum number of pets: 2 No Events allowed No Smoking, vaping, e cigarettes allowed in the home or on the patio No illegal drugs, substance abuse allowed in the home No Commercial photography and filming allowed No parking on yard. There is a garage or driveway and street parking available Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM *All guests will fill out a renter's agreement due to the 30+ stay, have a $1500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT, pay any PET FEE of $150 per pet per stay, and upload ID to confirm the reservation and do a background check through AVAIL, if applicable. There is also a checkout cleaning fee of $200 per stay. Property Rental Rate will be adjusted for stay less than 3 months. Pet rules: Please see Pet Fee above. Please keep animals off furniture and beds or bring a blanket to lay down for them or we can provide one, and please pick up after your dog in the backyard. Starter bags are provided. NO CATS allowed, unfortunately. Additional cleaning fee may incur with excess amounts of hair and uncleanliness (vacuum and cleaning supplies provided for guests). While you visit the many places in Austin without your dogs, we respectfully ask that they be crated when leaving them unattended in our home. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS due to insurance requirements: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF. Stays over a month: For stays over a month, we do require a monthly or biweekly cleaning to be set up with our cleaner to ensure the cleanliness of our home. This cleaning fee will be collected upfront. Consumables: We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills. Security Cameras: For the safety of both guests and the property, we have an exterior camera actively recording video and audio of the front porch, exterior parking, and front door only. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the camera and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, the camera is not constantly monitored.
