Our minimum income requirement is 2.5 times the monthly rental rate, are you able to provide proof of sufficient income? 9. What duration of a lease are you willing to commit to? 10. First and last month's rent plus a deposit equivalent to the rental amount of $2,000 is required. Thus, $6,000 is due prior to move in. Are you able to comply with this requirement? 11.
