Perfect for people working from home and skiing/snowboarding when time allows. New hardwood floors, new bathrooms with soaker tub, new paint, etc. One bedroom has queen bed, and the other bedroom has two twin size beds. Full kitchen with brand new stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Brand new washer/dryer shared in separate laundry room. Unfortunately no pets accepted (owner has severe dog/cat allergies). Maximum two cars allowed. No garage. Heating is forced air (propane). Owners are travelling - minimum one month lease. Schedule can be flexible (Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's week available, New Year's not available). Sleeps 4-6. Absolutely no AirBnB, VRBO subletting. Owner pays for water, garbage collection and internet. Tenant responsible for electricity and propane (flat fee of $350/month). Owners are travelling - minimum one month lease.
