Townhouse available for sub-let to take take over lease in 2024. This is in a great area and walkable to the Short North and Italian Village restaurants and breweries. Renter is responsible for all utilities and you pay water directly with your rent payment. This property is through Peak and has a set list of rules to sub-let, which they have provided me with. The deposit I made stays with the leasing company so you will be required to pay me the deposit (clearly defined in Peaks rules). Pets are allowed, a deposit to Peak will likely be required. An application needs to be filled out with the leasing company, and upon approval I will pay the $300 fee to transfer the lease into your name. College students require a co-signer on this. I will be available mid October on the 18th, 19th and 20th to show.
