Welcome to the "nourishing tenancy" hosted by Vegas's most caring landlord (not an oxymoron.) I am a licensed real estate agent and property manager. You are dealing with an owner who is also a professional! This makes your stay sooo much easier. This FULLY FURNISHED, completely renovated two-story townhouse is down home cozy. Downstairs is ALL ceramic tile, great for people with allergies and people like me who hate to clean but have to have a clean house. The two story great room feels like you are in one of France's soaring Gothic cathedrals. So much space! The kitchen's trendy lighting gives it a cool restaurant vibe. The galley kitchen makes cooking efficient. The dining room is great for entertaining; it seats six. The breakfast bar is just the place for a quick bite as you rush out to work. Light and bright with access to the patio. Laundry room is off the kitchen and provides access to the garage. Do you have a roommate? Teenager? Mother-in-law? Park them in their own bedroom suite...because there are two. Your suite has a walk-in closet. Theirs has glass closet doors. Each has its own bathroom in the suite so you don't have to share! And of course the guests use the downstairs bath so no one knows how you really live! Patio is wonderful for outdoor barbecues and moonlight tete-a-tetes. Lots of kewl technology. Screaming fast Wifi. Two USB receptacles: one in the kitchen and one in the primary. Plug your phone into the wall! The desk lamp will charge your phone. The LED floor lamp in the second bedroom has a remote so you can turn on the light without getting out of bed. The dresser also has a charging station. Four-year-old AC system uses the newest refrigerant. I oversized it to "small-size" your summer electric bill. Sprinkler system so all you do is have to manage the weeds. There is a swimming pool one block over. Two blocks south is another huge pool beside the clubhouse and gym. Gym is not as good as Eos but it's got great equipment and it's free. There's a walking trail and barbecue area. Did you bring your dog? Free poop bags at the clubhouse. The dog park is two blocks away. Caring owner. I love this place! No property management company--you deal with ME! P.S. I just spent $31,000 upgrading the place, doing things like rewiring all the receptacles and replumbing baths. You can't see the changes except on your utility bills! Close to everything. The 215. Flamingo. Durango Station. The Strip. Downtown Summerlin. Got to love the cool southwest sector. Check to see if any house you rent is going back to the bank on the Clark County Recorder's web site. Beware of rental scams. Check me out! I don't ask for any money until you sign my lease. Caveat emptor my friends. Owner keeps trash, water and sewer in her name and you reimburse.
