Owner will not rent to smokers and there is absolutely NO smoking by any guests. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping. 6. Renter must show proof of renter's insurance and liability coverage for duration of lease and must include owner as additional insured on policy. 7. Renter must comply with Home Owner's Association Regulations. 8. Renter may have small dog if approved by Landlord and must have a separate pet deposit of $500 that is non-refundable.
