Just SE of Lake Pulaski in Buffalo, MN is located the Whispering Winds development. We've had this one unit come available for rent - the balance are occupied. 2016/2017 construction. A beautiful walking trail runs North-South along the western edge of Whispering Winds and running alongside the eastern edge of the lake. Property is 5 minutes from main-street Buffalo, less than 2 miles from Buffalo High School, and less than 1 mile from the St Michael road (County Road 35). More details on the lease. Of note: if pets, include an additional $500 damage deposit and $50/month fee. Owner of building pays for trash, sewer, water, lawn care, and snow removal (2" or greater). Tenant responsible for gas, electric, cable, internet, phone, etc. $50 non-refundable fee for background check is to be paid upfront. Dogs and cats are allowed, but an additional $500 damage deposit is required and an extra $50/month rent is levied. Rent due on or before the 1st of each month; if after the 5th (grace period) a $25 fee is assessed. 60 day notice to vacate required from the tenant. If tenant departs before termination of lease security deposit is forfeited and the tenant is responsible for the monthly rent until the termination of their lease or until the property is rented out, whichever comes first. No smoking in the building. Tenant is responsible for steam cleaning of carpets upon departure, a sum that is deducted from security/damage deposit. Lots of rules I realize!
