The townhouse is located in Cherry Hill Manor community with easy access to park, stores, public schools, University of Delaware, and the shuttle bus stop. The property was recently renovated: new paint, new hardwood floors in the living and dining room, new carpet upstairs in the three bedrooms, new light fixtures, etc. Each bedroom has its own closet.
