This home is in a quiet neighborhood with great access to shopping, schools, parks, restaurants, and the freeway. A quiet neighborhood with established homes and only local traffic. The home has 2 bedrooms and one bath, new hardwood floor, gas fireplace, updated applianced, kitchen, bath, and all lighting. It has been newly painted and all amenitities are in working order. The pictures provided are from the unit next door that is also my rental. The floor plan is exactly the same, however the floors in the available unit are new wood floors and bathroom cabinets are cream colored. Appliances in the available unit are all stainless steel. Tenant is responsible for keeping exterior and interior of home in clean and showable condition. Tenant pays all electric and gas expenses, landlord pays city sewer and water and bills tenant. Small dogs are allowed with preapproval and pet deposit. Landlord is responsible for lawn maintenance, snow removel and lawn irrigation. Tenant shall keep all vehicles in attached garage during winter to allow for snow removel.
