The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, on the line between Rockville and Gaithersburg, a stone's throw from 370/270, allowing access to the beltway quickly. Many lifetime Rockville/Gaithersburg residents don't even know that the neighborhood exists, enhancing the quietness. 355 allows you to buy just about anything you want, Rio is minutes away, Shady Grove Metro is also minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well.
