Fully furnished 2 bedroom (shotgun), pet friendly with direct access to a small yard. Located in Bayou St. John a short walk from the Bayou and the Lafitte Greenway. Easy bike ride to the French Quarter, City Park, etc. Available October 15th for a 6 month lease (month to month after the initial 6 months). Pets welcome on a case-by-case basis with additional pet fee. Move-in date and unfurnished could be negotiable based on the length of the lease. There will be an application (background/credit check). Tall ceilings, in unit laundry, central AC/ heat, lots of closet space/storage and natural light. Note that this is currently my residence and all personal items pictured (clothing, books, etc.) will be removed leaving you with basic furnishings (bed, couch, dresser, linens, kitchenware, some decorations/art work, etc.) Rent is $1350 (water and internet included), you will be responsible for the electricity bill. One month deposit ($1150-refundable), plus a $200 cleaning fee will be due at the time of signing. No smoking allowed. Must submit application with background/credit check.
