This delightful townhome property provides a cozy oasis located in the heart of downtown South Bend. Renters have full access to the home, amenities, etc. We appreciate it's soft natural light in every room, ample outdoor patio space, and close proximity to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The beds are also quite comfy if we do say so ourselves. ;) There is a $400 cleaning fee for every rental. Utilities and landscape responsibilities are included in the cost of rent. We allow pets but do NOT allow smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outside but we ask that you be respectful and discard any cigarette butts. The rental includes a 2-car garage for guests to utilize. There is additional free street parking in front of the home.
