PERFECT for military training, families relocating to the area, temporary work assignments, or retirees travelling about. Applications MUST be submitted through Zillow/Hotpads; it will include credit and background check. It does not matter thru which of our listings you submit the application. Wi-Fi, water, sewer, trash and lawn care are all included in the rent. Power is your ONLY utility expense. Security deposit is half month's rent and due at lease signing. Rent is due before move-in and then reoccurring the 1st of each month - no exceptions. Monthly Maintenance Inspections are required and we will provide 24 hour notice. NO SMOKING allowed. Any trailer(s) you have (boat, jet ski's, utility, enclosed) must fit under the carport. Only vehicles are allowed in the parking lot. This is a quiet, family friendly community, thus rowdy or inappropriate behavior will not tolerated.
